Rasoterra is also a healty place. Because we are what we eat. Because of this, we offer vegetarian and vegan cuisine that marries the pleasures of the taste buds with the values of wellness and sustainability.
Starting from the ingredients: organic, seasonal and local. Not forgetting water, which is a right that everyone should enjoy.
2) It’s a place with a vegetable garden. Our goal is to get all of our vegetables from the veggie garden we rent in Sant Feliu de Llobregat.
3) It’s a place with principles: we belong to the Slow Food movement and we follow it’s principles: every ingredient has to be GOOD, CLEAN and FAIR.
