WHAT IS SLOW MEX?
Slow Mex is the celebration of the influence of two main food capitals: Mexico D.F and Chicago. Our recipes go from “chutneys” to “satays”, from kimchee to traditional Mexican homemade sauces. Our main focus is to explore amazing flavors from different cultures that combine perfectly with Mexican food. We start with acos, burritos and sandwiches but the result is magical and spectacular. Our chef team and employees are international and they represent our pride for this restaurant and the food we serve, priming in quality products and creativity. Don't forget about our gourmet craft beer, over 70 to choose!
