Nazzaro is a small restaurant, placed in Lavapies district and set in a classic theater. It has a simple and clear decor, with some baroque and early twentieth century motifs. But if anything stands the Nazzaro is the excellent raw material of its food and care in preparing the plates. The young chef Andrés Fernández mixes culinary concepts from the New Basque Cuisine (Luis Irizar School) with new nuances and flavors of Spanish and Italian recipts. The Pork Tenderloin with Black Truffle Sauce, Tuna Tartare and Steak Tartare with the best beef Galician beef, chopped by hand, or the fresh Octopus from Huelva are dishes that its taste speaks for themselves. They also offer a Daily Menu from Monday to Friday, where for 10 € you can enjoy one of their startsrs, main courses, desserts and a drink.
