As a member of the famous French gourmet association «Chaîne des Rôtisseurs», the chefs at the Restaurant Belvedere Grindelwald guarantee to spoil you with excellent gourmet menus: Swiss classics, but also light international meals with Mediterranean or Asian influences.

Guests with special dietary requirements are also catered to. Whether you are gluten- or lactose-intolerant or are allergic to other ingredients such as nuts and berries, tell them your needs before you arrive and you can rely on them to conjure up a delicious meal tailored to your special requirements. There is always a choice of vegetarian dishes.

- On Monday evenings you have the chance to take a peek behind the scenes, with a visit to the kitchen with Christian Schubert and his crew
- Thursdays feature an extensive dessert buffet
- Friday is «steak tartare night»: on request, your host Urs Hauser will prepare a fresh steak tartare for you at your table. If you are interested, please ask your waiter/waitress.

Spycher fondue restaurant: Fondue fun in a rustic setting
Enjoy a pleasant evening after a winter's day in the mountains with family or friends, over a delicious cheese fondue, raclette, fondue chinoise or fondue bourguignonne.

Our offers throughout the winter season:
- Cheese fondue: The Swiss classic. The special cheese mixture makes our fondue truly flavoursome. Served with fresh bread and boiled potatoes.

- Raclette: We prepare raclette the traditional way. The melted cheese is scraped from the half-circle of cheese directly onto your plate. Served with potatoes, pickled gherkins, pickled onions, mustard fruits etc.

- Fondue chinoise and fondue bourguignonne: The classic fondue variations featuring various meats, prepared by yourself at the table. For fondue chinoise you cook finely sliced meat in a bouillon, whereas for fondue bourgignonne the meat is cooked in oil. Served with various garnishes, sauces, French fries or rice.
