Fowler's was one of the quartet of businesses that opened in the brand-new '''Shops at HarborCenter''' in summer 2015, but really it's just the latest iteration of a Buffalo tradition of over a century running. Here sweet-toothed visitors to Canalside can pick up what's considered by wide local consensus to be the best sponge candy in Buffalo, along with a range of other locally-manufactured chocolaty treats and ice cream from Williamsville's own '''Sweet Jenny's'''.
