Kabakuro is known for its ''butakaba'', grilled pork with sauce served over rice. The first restaurant opened in the northern part of the city in 2010, but butakaba has quickly gained fame as one of Okayama's unique food specialties, so they've opened this branch in a more convenient location. There is even a small Kabakuro shop in Okayama station that sells ''bento'' for train travelers. It's a good place to try it if you cannot make it to the restaurant.
