Evil Dave's is a funky and upbeat, 60 seat, restaurant in the heart of Jasper National Park. We are a family run business that has been serving guests since 2006. Our menu is locally sourced and globally inspired; we use Alberta's finest beef, bison, wild boar, and poultry (we have vegetarian options as well) and our sauces are made in house, prepared fresh daily. Our bartenders create unique cocktails and martinis while paying tribute to the classic by using house made purees, premium liqueurs, spirits, and fresh fruits.
