We are a French traditional bakery in the Annapolis Valley. Our most important products are French traditional baguettes and breads and also croissants, chocolate croissant and almond croissant. We have French pastries as well like apple pastry tarts, lemon tart, almond tart, chocolate and almond-pear tart during the week. On Fridays and Saturdays we also sell French pastries : chocolate eclair and chocolate mousse, cream puff, different mousse, and more.
We also do 2 farmers markets all year round : Kentville farmers market and Annapolis farmers market.
