Canadore College’s School of Culinary Arts presents 100 Elements, North Bay’s newest casual fine dining experience. In this unique learning environment students create and serve decadent six course meals under the training and supervision of Canadore’s award-winning chefs de cuisine and experienced professors.
This newly renovated experience is based on a classical foundation with modern cuisine and features a new wine list featuring Ontario wines, local beers and fine single malt scotches.
The restaurant is open every Thursday and Friday for dinner until mid-December and offers 3 seating options per evening. From January - April the restaurant is open on Tuesday and Wednesday for lunch and Thursday and Friday for dinner.
