Priest's Mill Arts Centre is a non-profit Exhibition space Selling Supporting & Promoting ALL visual, literary and performing arts by Regional artists.
The historic Priest’s Mill in Alexandria, Ontario is home to a Glassworks which supports all glass arts, including a hot shop, fusion, and flamework. The Mill’s artists-in-residence plus periodic guest artists and glass craft experts offer a variety of glass blowing demonstrations and classes, year-round. Presently, these are publicly offered as one-hour to two-day workshops or weekly classes in a skill-building course series; custom classes and private events are also available. The Studio generates revenues from studio rentals, offering instructional courses, taking commissions, and completing production work.
A diverse array of pieces combining beauty and practicality, such as pendants and earrings, vases, pitchers, decanters, stemware and more, are also on display and offered for sale. Selected works by other artists, such as paintings, sculpture, hand-drawn notecards, photography, and mixed media creations currently also form a portion of the Gallery’s inventory.
