The new term of endearment adopted by the latest venture from Hottiesfoods sibling founders Alessandro and Chiara Gladden.

Hottiesfoods: Emporio is a truly unique dining experience, combining convenience with class and a "food truck" style of dine-in/take-out that sheds a new light on destination dining.

Having started in 2012 with Hotties Mobile Pasta Bar and Catering, which many of you may be familiar with, this budding family business has since grown and opened the first Casual Italian Eatery in Stave Falls history in May 2015.

Offering both authentic Italian and fusion fare, this unique little gem has quickly become a favorite for locals and a destination for city slickers and weekenders alike.

The woodsy decor and handcrafted furnishing add a warm and inviting charm to this historical landmark of a building. "The structure itself is 104 years young and highlighting this was a major focus for us whilst renovating" says Alessandro, "many, if not the majority of the furnishing and decorations are found objects and re-appropriated lumber from the property. We really want people to feel the richness of this location’s legacy and life in Stave Falls."

"The food is our heart and soul" says Chiara, "It’s where we allow the genius of fresh food and our Mama’s cooking to come to life. Sourcing as much as possible within the community and supporting each other is like a dream come true…We are meeting new people and producers who support our vision daily”

With lots to choose from their one and only Hotties Panzerotti to the smiling barista preparing your new favorite drink or where you and a friend can enjoy the outdoors and have some hand-scooped ice cream on your way to the lake…Emporio has you covered!

Located at 31170 Dewdney Trunk Rd. (a beautiful 15minute drive from downtown Mission and/or Maple Ridge) Hop on the motorcycle, jump in the car, load up the quads and come experience natures playground, and pop into Hottiesfoods Emporio on your way or while passing through and enjoy the only authentic Italian eatery in Mission.
