Created by award-winning Chef Vincenzo Betulia, Osteria Tulia transports diners to Naples, Florida's first osteria, serving exquisitely prepared rustic Italian cuisine in the ambiance of a lovingly restored Italian farmhouse. The menu and décor of Osteria Tulia are inspired by Chef Vincenzo's authentic cuisine of his childhood and the centuries-old tradition of Italian osterie, informal village taverns serving simple, homemade local specialties and regional wines. The robust menu of cucina rustica with an artisanal touch features a choice of piattini (small plates), antipasti, pizzas, salads, hand-made pastas, piatti principali (entrees) and contorni (sides). Guests can expect the highest quality ingredients form artisanal growers in Italy and America. All meats, fish, vegetables and fruits are sourced locally; while the olive oils, vinegars, select artisanal cheeses, rare wines and craft beers are imported from small, family-owned producers throughout Italy. The breads, pastas, sauces and desserts are housemade by Chef Vincenzo and his culinary team of 30, which include his mother, father, wife and cousin Frank Pullara, Osteria Tulia’s chef di cucina.

Menu highlights include "The Pig in the Olive Grove" pizza with sud- tyrolian speck, olivada, wild oregano and housemade mozzarella; Tagliatelle with mussels N'duja and local white corn; Cappelletti with burrata, lobster, favas and guanciale; and slow-cooked lamb, the essence of Southern Italian soul, inspires Chef Vincenzo's garganelli with lamb sugo, tomato and sheep cheese. Wood roasted Faroe Island Salmon is prepared with puffed faro salad, fava, taggia olives and yogurt. The piattini and antipasti include items such as housemade fennel sausage, beluga lentils, & crisp carrots; Tuscan chicken liver, fried farm egg and house pancetta; Sicilian meatballs with toasted pine nuts, currants and tomatoes; and potted duck rillete, blackberry and grilled bread.

In addition to indoor seating, Osteria Tulia offers a charming outdoor seating area overlooking popular 5th Avenue South in Florida. Osteria Tulia has quickly become one of Naples' hottest restaurants and continues to earn "best" awards and top rankings in the culinary world. Diners and critics alike praise it, as on par with the hottest, chef driven, rustic Italian restaurants in New York and other top dining destinations in the United States.

Chef Vincenzo was the first chef in Naples to host a Friends of James Beard Benefit dinner in April 2015, and recently cooked at the world-renowned James Beard House in New York. He has won a Best Chefs of America Award every year from 2013 to 2016. Chef Vincenzo was featured in a segment of Emeril’s Florida, which aired on the Food Network and Cooking Channel, and selected by Chef Emeril as the only Chef from Naples to participate in Emeril’s Taste of Florida, an event hosted by Visit Florida for the Association of Food Journalists’ annual conference. USA Today’s 10Best recognized Osteria Tulia as the #1 Italian restaurant and #1 Lunch Spot in Naples, Florida. Chef Vincenzo received a Naples Illustrated Readers’ Choice Award in 2015 for “Best New Chef.” Osteria Tulia was also recommended by Forbes Travel Guide, Peter Greenberg, The Fifty Best and Fodor’s.
