The Wave Kitchen and Bar provides an open kitchen and customizable selections aimed to engage guests. The Wave features fresh locally sourced seafood and produce, as well as select Cuban specialties developed by Costa's owners, Emilio and Gloria Estefan. Additional offerings include classic dishes such as Center-Cut Filet Mignon served with Sauce Béarnaise and Pork Tenderloin served with Natural au Jus infused with Port Wine. Guests are also able to customize entrée selections with choice of preparation style, sauce, and temperature.

Offering $4 house wine, $5 draft beer, and $6 specialty cocktails making Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa the most refreshing place to be once the office closes. Escape for the evening by pairing Happy Hour with one of our delectable evening dinner specials. Wednesday is Steak Night. Thursday is Paella Night. And Friday is live music night. The long anticipated weekend staple has finally arrived in Vero Beach at Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa. Hotel guests and locals alike are welcome to take in a final delicious bite before the weekend comes to an end with an ever-evolving brunch menu. Featuring Crispy Chicken and Waffles, Dulce de Leche Stuffed French Toast, Cuban Eggs Benedict, and Pan Seared Salmon (all subject to change), the only thing that could make this Vero Beach brunch any better would be Bottomless Bloody Mary's and Endless Mimosas, which we have!
