Join us in Georgia for our Ghosts of Marietta as we tour the historic streets of this gem of the south with a past that is deep in tradition, history and quality of life. As with any community harboring these traits, some residents chose to never leave. Whether it is the tale of the departed spirit of a civil war soldier, or a mysterious resident of one of Marietta's stately homes or businesses, you will hear the stories behind these mysteries and maybe, if you're lucky, experience them as well. Our tour guides tell stories based on a mix of documented sightings, firsthand experiences, and history. Our tours operate all year long, not only at Halloween.

Make sure to wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking, and feel free to bring a flashlight and camera!

Please note that tours may be cancelled in the event of severe weather or if we do not reach our minimum of 6 total guests per tour. We make every effort to email and call everyone if there is a cancellation. We will reschedule your tickets to another tour date as we do not offer refunds. You must purchase online tickets before 5pm the day of the tour.

WALKING TOUR

JOIN US FOR A 90 MINUTE, LANTERN-LED WALK THROUGH HISTORIC DOWNTOWN MARIETTA. THINK YOU KNOW ABOUT THE SQUARE? COME HEAR STORIES ABOUT THE DEAD WHO STILL PATRONIZE THE SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS, REFUSING TO CROSS OVER. WOULD YOU BELIEVE US IF WE TOLD YOU THAT ONE OF MARIETTA'S MOST WELL-KNOWN DINING ESTABLISHMENTS PREVIOUSLY SERVED AS THE CITY'S MORGUE? WHAT IF WE TOLD YOU THAT KATHERINE, REPORTED RESIDENT GHOST, MIGHT HAVE BEEN GAZING OVER YOUR SHOULDER AS YOU CONTEMPLATED A PAINTING AT THE MARIETTA/COBB MUSEUM OF ART? LEARN STORIES OF THE MOST HAUNTED BUILDING IN MARIETTA, FEATURED ON SEVERAL HISTORY SHOWS. WE'LL TELL YOU THE GRIM DETAILS OF WHY ITS GHOSTS MIGHT STILL BE THERE. SCARYETTA HAUNTED TROLLEY TOUR


ALL ABOARD THE HISTORIC MARIETTA TROLLEY CO FOR A 90 MINUTE SPIRITED RIDE AS WE VISIT SEVERAL OF MARIETTA'S LANDMARKS WITH THE MOST PARANORMAL ACTIVITY. DRIVE THROUGH BURIAL GROUNDS AND HEAR TALES OF THE MOST RECENT SIGHTINGS AND STORIES BASED ON ACTUAL EVENTS FROM THE CIVIL WAR. TAKE A BRIEF WALK AMONG THE HEADSTONES UNDER THE RISING MOON AS YOU HEAR STORIES OF THOSE WHOSE REMAINS LIE JUST BENEATH THE GROUND. LEARN THE LEGEND OF THE LADY IN BLACK, WHOSE STATUE IS RUMORED TO CRY FOR HER DEAD CHILDREN. COME WITH US, IF YOU DARE TO TEMPT THE DARK SIDE, AS WE ALONE HAVE SPECIAL ACCESS TO THE CEMETERY AFTER DARK.

Think ghost stories are just for kids? We think not.

TEAMING UP WITH SEVERAL OF MARIETTA'S PURPORTEDLY HAUNTED WATERING HOLES, GHOSTS OF MARIETTA WILL GET YOU ACQUAINTED WITH THE SPIRITS RESIDING WITHIN WHILE YOU ENJOY SPIRITS OF THE LIQUID VARIETY. THIS YEAR FEATURING THE NEWLY OPENED TWO BIRDS TAPHOUSE, THIS WALKING TOUR OF MARIETTA WILL REVEAL STORIES OF THE DEARLY DEPARTED WHO REFUSED TO LEAVE AFTER LAST CALL, AND TEMPT YOU TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DAILY DRINK SPECIALS AND DISCOUNTS THE BARS MAY BE OFFERING.

*This tour is for ages 21 and older and valid ID is required. Alcohol is not provided or required, but definitely encouraged.

This tour will function in a public environment; Ghosts Of Marietta Tours will not be responsible nor held liable for the behavior of tour guests, pedestrians, or unforeseeable street walking accidents throughout the duration of any GOM Tours presentation.
GOM Tours has no affiliation with private establishments and with the purchasing and consumption of alcoholic beverages. The cost of tour admission does not include food and beverages that an individual may choose to purchase while on the Haunted Pub Crawl.
The City of Marietta prohibits all alcoholic beverages on the street.
The Tour is available as a private booking until October, when we offer public tours online.
