IFAC owns and operates the Willard Arts Center, which includes the historic Colonial Theater, the Carr and Hall fine art galleries, nine resident artist studios, and several spaces available for events. IFAC also owns and operates ARTitorium on Broadway, an interactive art center for kids and families.

IFAC presents 10-20 live performances a year and makes the theater available for local and touring groups to use as well. The galleries are free to the public and feature 8-10 exhibitions each year. In the summer, IFAC facilitates Gallery Walk, the free River Concert Series, reduced cost art classes for kids, and a free three day art festival for kids - Roaring Youth Jam.

The Idaho Falls Arts Council's mission, in cooperation with other arts organizations, is to educate the community and enrich its quality of life by promoting, advocating, and presenting a broad spectrum of visual and performing arts in eastern Idaho.
