Nestled among the hills of the Mississippi River Valley, these cabins indulge in the beauty of the great outdoors and provide a cozy place for a refreshing retreat. Their warm touches and at-home atmosphere make them a place to go all year round. The diverse features of the cabins make them ideal for honeymoons, family reunions, or just a relaxing escape.

Open all year long and in close proximity to the many local attractions, these cabins will provide you with a great base location that you can use to explore all that the area has to offer.

Cabins 1 & 2 - A log cabin home with one bedroom downstairs. This cabin features a queen size bed, a whirlpool tub for two, and a view of the fireplace. The upstairs loft offers two beds – a full and a twin. Sleeping five people in this cabin can easily be accommodated! Guests will relax and enjoy a beautiful wooded view while resting comfortably on the front porch or by the fire pit provided for your pleasure. Other amenities include a gas grill, satellite TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. This cabin is decorated with items purchased from local country stores.

Cabin 3 - Whether it's spring, summer, winter, or fall, our most recent addition to Grumpsters Log Cabins was designed to accommodate larger families or parties. The cabin offers all the wonderful amenities that the other two cabins have, as well as three private bedrooms and a loft bedroom! The cabin has two beautiful bathrooms and two full porches attached to sit and enjoy the natural beauty of our area woods. The cabin rental is complete with central air conditioning and is decorated with hand crafted log furniture.

Grumpsters House - This was the home of the original owners of Grumpsters Cabins! This lovely rental sleeps 4 to 12 people. It has a spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and a master bathroom with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. Off the master bedroom is another room with a double bed. On the same level is a bedroom with twin over full bunk beds and a guest bathroom. Downstairs you will find a private bedroom with a king size bed. In the common area is a sofa bed, a Murphy bed with a full size mattress, and a half bathroom. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee in the bright sun room and prepare meals in the full kitchen! Enjoy the outdoors on any of the three decks or gaze at the stars from the private fire pit. Other amenities include central air, satellite TV, DVD players, and gas grill.
