Sail Selina II Boat Tours offers authentic 2 hour sailing adventures daily from the end of April until the beginning of November departing from St Michaels MD, a quaint fishing village on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay known for its exceptional Maritime Museum and fantastic seafood restaurants. Included in the outing is a mini harbour tour: St Michaels has a very pretty waterfront and the shoreline is dotted with historic boats. Full of history, this area is home to the Hoopers Strait light house, the skipjack Rosie Parks, and the bugeye Edna Lockwood to name a few highlights of the area. Once we leave the harbor you can either help or just sit back and watch as we hoists sails and follow the wind as third generation Capt Iris tell the story of the extraordinary piece of American Maritime History that is her family's yacht, the Selina II. Built in 1926, she is the largest surviving of any of the catboats built. 41' long and 16' wide she is stable, roomy and offers a truly upscale experience reminiscent of the period she was built in. Specialty outings include sailing lessons, beer tasting cruises, wine tasting sails, romantic table for two, sunset champagne cruises, 4th of July fireworks, engagements, weddings, anniversary sailabrations
