Castle Farms is one of Northern Michigan's hidden gems. With extensive gardens, paths to stroll and nearly 100 years of history to share, there is plenty to see! The World War I Museum is full of photos, documents and toys from the Great War era. There are a number of private collections including royal, wedding, and other memorabilia. Guests can also see Michigan’s largest outdoor model railroad with over 2,500ft of track!

Take a self-guided tour which allows you to wander at your own pace and is fun for all ages. Play tag in the hedge maze, feed the fish and ducks in the Reflection Pond, have a picnic lunch at Birch Lake or explore the wood-chip paths of the Enchanted Forest. If you are looking for a more in-depth experience, immerse yourself in history with a guided tour where knowledgeable guides share stories and take you deeper into the lore of this renown property.

Self-guided historical tours are open 7 days a week, May through October, and Monday through Saturday from November through April. Please visit www.castlefarms.com for hours and admission.
