Jackson Art Gallery features an eclectic mix of contemporary, cutting age work from local artists and artisans. This is not your typical gallery. Many of the paintings include a different take on our local landscape with thought provoking color and innovative compositions. The gallery also includes watercolor monotype, mixed media collage, photography, sculpture, jewelry, glass, cards, scarves, handbags, prints and home furnishings. This is an affordable gallery with some original work under $100. Stop by on Saturdays to see our our “Artists at Work!”
Jackson Art also offers art classes for all ages and abilities, for the absolute beginner to the seasoned artist! Try our popular Sip & Paint classes where you spend a daytime or evening painting along with the instructor, step by step. No experience needed. A great daytime activity for the whole family! Or, come in the evening and pop open your favorite bottle of wine and sip wine as you paint along with the instructor. (BYOB for those 21 and older) We have over 150 paintings to choose from and also offer wine glass painting! Book a private party for eight or more people. Great for a family reunion, birthday party, girls weekend, office party, baby shower, wedding shower, etc. Or, take a full weekend workshop in painting, printmaking, jewelry design, or mosaics. All of our instructors are professional artists.
We also offer full day kids art camps and painting birthday parties. Teen classes too. Do something creative at Jackson Art!
