Varieties include Lobster with a tarragon sherry cream sauce, buffalo made with chicken, buffalo sauce and Gorgonzola cheese, SHB made with a Siracusa honey sauce, bacon, smoked Gouda and cilantro drizzle or even a mushroom Mac made with sautéed mushrooms, port wine cream sauce, smoked Gouda and Swiss just to name a few!

We are not just baked Mac and cheese! We also offer an extensive line of lettuce and noodle based salads along with fried MAC & Cheese balls as our signature appetizers. We are always adding more balls and macs to our menu!
