View our website for the online menu. Specials are listed on our Facebook and Twitter pages. This diner is authentic, built by the Jerry O'Mahony Diner Company of Elizabeth, NJ, in the 1950's. It was originally operated as the Sunrise Diner in Jim Thorpe, PA. We became a permanent part of the Liberty Aviation Museum in 2012. All proceeds from the operation of the Tin Goose Diner go towards supporting the Liberty Aviation Museum, a 501 c 3 non-profit educational museum. The museum receives no government funding to operate or fund any of the restorations of aircraft, vehicles, or watercraft. We encourage you to visit the Liberty Aviation Museum, connected to the Tin Goose Diner. There is an admission fee to tour the museum. The museum has many artifacts, vehicles, and aircraft from the Golden Age of Aviation and beyond. The museum also has a gift shop that carries: T-shirts, hats, & more memorabilia of the PT-728, Liberty Aviation Museum, The Tin Goose Diner, B-25 Mitchell "Georgie's Gal", the Ford Tri-Motor, & The Tri-Motor Heritage Foundation can be purchased in person at the museum at the following address or online at the website. The museum is also home to actor Clark Gable's service uniform from WWII as well as the official Hogan's Heroes memorabilia display with authentic uniforms from the actors who played Col. Hogan, Col.
