1859 Cider Company is downtown Salem's only alcohol producer and creates premium hard ciders made only with the finest, local fruit. All of the ciders produced are made without anything added - we don't believe in using purees, concentrates, water, sugar, honey, or syrups. It's just pure fruit in each glass. Our back to basics philosophy of creating distinct hard ciders from locally sourced fruit celebrates seven generations of farming in Salem, Oregon. Come visit us in our taproom to taste our limited release specials and enjoy the connection to your product as you'll see our production take place.
Our taproom is located in the historic alley between Chemeketa and Court Streets NE. We're open six days a week, Tuesday - Sunday. Please check our website for upcoming hours, events, and specials.
