At Chatty Monks Brewing Company, our story is quite sweet and simple. Our business was born out of friends with one thing in common: the need to make exceptional craft beer. We are a dedicated group of beer-loving guys seeking to put our own personal mark upon this fast-growing sector of beverage development. It is our passion to bring enjoyment to others in the form of outstanding craft beer, brewed with the highest level of integrity and utilizing true craftsmanship in our trade.
In addition, we have built a scratch kitchen in the forms of a artisan bistro to showcase our delicious food and beer combinations. Get your daily bread on Monk-style, sans the meditative silence. Our Chatty Chews are the brainchild of our extremely talented executive chef, who believes good food doesn’t need to be fancy – just really, really good. We’re picky about our ingredients, so our menu options change a little with the seasons. We look forward to gathering around the table to Chew, Chant & Chill with you!
