After a successful season at its temporary location at City Hall in 2016, Christmas Village will make the move back to the newly renovated LOVE Park in 2017. Returning for its 10th anniversary season, Christmas Village in Philadelphia will again transform Love Park into an authentic German Christmas market. As in past years, the event will be open from Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 23th) through Christmas Eve (Sunday, December 24th) with a Preview Weekend on November 18th and 19th.

Christmas Village is happy to announce the return of German American Weekend this winter! Come and celebrate German American heritage on December 9th and 10th with us. German American Weekend will feature authentic German food and drinks available all weekend long. Make sure to stop by for a delicious traditional German Bratwurst with house made Sauerkraut, a Schnitzel with Potato Salad, pretzels, and a Leberkäse (German meatloaf), then wash it down with a hot mulled wine. You can also enjoy a variety of live singing and dancing performances including Schuhplattler dances, German choir songs, and much more.

Over 80 local and international vendors will await the visitors in their traditional wooden booths, offering Holiday gifts, ornaments, jewelry and high-quality arts and crafts. Everybody is sure to find the perfect gifts!
