Our Story

We believe that Memphis is ready for something different. That’s why we bring together flavors from around the world and mix them in ways that are new, exciting and yet somehow timeless—like our Shrimp & Crab Tempura Sushi Rolls. We focus on seeking out locally grown and organic ingredients whenever possible, offering a farm to table experience paired with the elegance and comfort you expect from a downtown restaurant.
