Since 1986, The Incredible Christmas Place has been celebrating Christmas and helping families create and renew traditions and make memories to last a lifetime. We are the South's largest and most beautiful Christmas shopping complex, located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Consisting of four stores including Christmas Place, Mrs. Claus' Candy Kitchen, The Partridge & Pear Boutique (Christmas fashion apparel and jewelry collections, Vera Bradley bags, holiday accessories, and fun gifts), and Christmas Place Home, we say "if it goes in, under, or around the tree at Christmas, you'll find it here!"

Christmas Place Home is our custom floral design and home decor center. We'll custom create something for you, show you how to put together your own creation, and help you design unique holiday decor for your own home or office. We'll even come to your home or office and install your decorations for you (some limitations).

Looking for the very best and most up-to-date styles in Christmas decorations, pre-lit artificial Christmas trees, LED lights, and more? We are your destination for all the best for Christmas. Our designers create over 25 tree themes every year, from traditional to whimsical, with so many ideas you'll probably need more trees to do all you want to for the holidays. We offer decorations for every room in the house, including lighted canvases, decorated wreaths, garlands and arrangements, kitchen and dining accessories, and table top decor in every theme. Visit our Light Room to see every strand in action, and plan your Christmas lighting display, both inside and outside your home or business.

We offer free personalization on thousands of ornaments, for families from one to 25 or more, in themes covering sports, hobbies, pets, occupations, just engaged, wedding, baby, first home, and just-for-fun Christmas styles and more. We also offer free stocking monogramming, and monogramming on apparel and gifts in both Christmas Place and The Boutique. We carry many popular lines of Christmas collectibles: Department 56 Villages & Snowbabies, Christopher Radko ornaments, Mark Roberts faeries & elves, Possible Dreams Santas, Christian Ulbricht nutcrackers and smokers, Karen Didion Santas, Egyptian Glass and Ne'Qwa ornaments, Jim Shore ornaments and figurines, Painted Ponies, Fontanini nativities, and Willow Tree, to name a few.

Visit Mrs. Claus' Candy Kitchen for sweet treats and light meals, including gingerbread cookies, homemade fudge in seasonal flavors (Salted Caramel is always a winner!), and gourmet candied apples covered in Santa's favorites, from candy and caramel to chocolate, nuts, and other sweets. Gourmet chocolates and a variety of homemade treats, as well as ice cream, taffy, flavored coffees, and classic candies are also available.

Santa is in the store for visits and photographs, more frequently as Christmas comes near. We suggest calling to confirm his time on the day you are coming to meet him. In October, November, and December, you'll also find many artists in the store for signings of their work.

Our Bavarian-themed courtyard is beautifully landscaped, and features a classic bell tower, fresh flower beds, and a model train display with waterfall - all a beautiful backdrop for photos and a restful spot to relax after shopping. We offer Southern hospitality to all, and look forward to your visit to Christmas Place!
