Scurlock Farms is a 172 acre working family farm with cattle, horses, goats and chickens. Four generations of Scurlocks have lived on the farm, and currently 3 generations are on the farm. The farm was originally the farm and home of the current owner's parents. Her mom was well known Texas landscape artist C. P. Montague, one of President Lyndon Johnson's favorites. Her art studio and home have been redone and are now vacation rental homes, The Palette Pad and Rocky Overlook. The third home, Indian Bluff was added in 2013.

Scurlock Farms is a spectacularly beautiful piece of property with one mile of San Gabriel River frontage. The homes are beautifully furnished and all have great outdoor seating areas with grills and fire pits. Only a 10 minute drive to Georgetown or 30 minutes to Austin, Scurlock Farms is a great place to relax and unwind, then get into town or the city if the move strikes you! With plenty of hiking areas about the farm, great fishing, abundant wildlife and a bird watcher's paradise, there is something for everyone at the farm.

Guests have enjoyed feeding Ginger and Duster, our horses, apples (they love to be scratched, too!), or holding and feeding the baby goats.
