Cabin lodging in the mountains in private setting, with great views and activities. Resort features deluxe cabin rentals for family vacations, memorials, reunions, business travel or romantic vacations in affordable, relaxing and comfortable 1-bedroom houses along the edge of the tree line on our mountain. Our cottages are also perfect for small gatherings such as corporate or spiritual retreats which are supported with our catering in the Eden Valley Lodge. This family resort is located 10 miles east of Oroville, WA or 20 miles north east of Tonasket, WA in the picturesque Okanogan Highlands and is both child and pet friendly. Eden Valley Lane is maintained in a packed condition to accommodate wheelchairs, motorcycles, bicycles and sport cars.

The cabins were designed to accommodate two adults and up to two children easily. They have one bedroom, one bathroom, one furnished kitchen, a beautiful wood stove with glass door (wood provided), one table with four chairs, a futon, ample parking and a little more. Rental is $125 a night per cabin. We have attempted to keep costs down to offer exceptional rates for a furnished little house. There is even salt and pepper! We have included pot holders, filters for your coffee maker and even coffee. There are packets of sugar, sweetener, and creamer.

There are only 10 cabins centered in a 900 acre ranch. We have a terrible economy of scale, but with that are few people, great views, silence, space, freedom, wildlife, clean air, and all utilities. We are only one family, yet maintain roads and provide a water system, septic system, electrical power, garbage, wi-fi and more.

The fully furnished cabins have even more features! Each year we add more for guests. Returning guests will notice even more amenities. Some of the extra items at each cabin include... Microwaves and most kitchen items, Floor Lamps in living area, Linen for two, Guest vacuums for each cabin, outdoor outlet to plug in vehicle engine heater, outdoor smoker stations (sand can, chairs, etc.), outdoor chairs to enjoy the view and fresh air, Stemware (& wine openers) for the wine connoisseurs, Information on refrigerator for other services available, such as: Office ~ copies or fax, Laundry ~ we pick up, wash and return it to cabin.

In addition to lodging and catered events, Eden Valley Guest Ranch features Eden Valley Trail System, with miles of trails exclusively for guests. The Eden Valley Horse Hotel welcoming guests to bring their own horses. Enjoy the Play area with large sand pile and toys for younger children and a basket ball hoop with concrete pad for kids of all ages. Check out the Picnic area with tables, chairs, BBQs, and campfire. We supply the wood! There is ample free parking for many vehicles and also large class-8 trucks (tell us if you have one). The Dark Skies are worth the drive. We are open year round and have many Winter Activities.

Eden Valley Guest Ranch has miles of multi-use year round trails and we are developing more. We have two main trail heads leading from the cabins to our trails and public lands that join us.

Many local trails are multi-use which works fine here because there are fewer trail users than in other areas. Our local mountain trails are cooler in summer and have better snow in winter than lower elevations. The multiple views and scenic micro-environments inspire many users to practice their photography skills. Hiking and horseback riding are probably the most common trail users in spring, summer and fall. There are a few trails for ATVs. In winter, trails are used for cross country skiing, snow shoeing or snowmobiling.
