A registered charity, and accredited museum, we are run entirely by unpaid volunteers, displaying an enormous selection of artefacts, machines, vehicles and equipment from all aspects of life in Britain. We are based in the redundant buildings of an old Victorian farm and are open to the public on 2nd Sunday of each month plus Bank Holiday Mondays and to prearranged group visits and school parties.
We have plenty of free parking, refreshments are available all day, well behaved dogs on leads welcome, there are plenty of things to keep all ages interested for a few hours. Most areas are accessible but due to the nature of the old buildings, some are not but we have plenty of volunteers on hand if you need help.
