Primrose Cottage is located in Church Minshull, one of the historic villages in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. We are surrounded by a variety of local attractions, country pubs and award winning restaurants. We are close to Oulton Park racing circuit, Delamere Forest and the Shropshire Union Canal.
Primrose Cottage has all the modern comforts of a boutique hotel including free wifi.
As well as the luxury bedrooms, guests are welcome to use the heated conservatory and garden areas.
The conservatory features comfortable seating and a coffee table with today's papers and a selection of magazines.
All areas of the garden can be accessed via individually landscaped pathways & steps, and on summer evenings it’s a delight to witness the spectacular sunsets that occur in this part of Cheshire.
The raised beds, both flower & vegetable, border the property & act as a framework to complement the surrounding agricultural land which cascades down through the Upper Weaver Valley to the River Weaver and beyond.
You could breakfast on the terrace and use the gardens to end the day with a cool glass of wine or a mug of hot chocolate before retiring for the evening. For the more romantic there is a love seat situated within a rose arch.

The gardens also feature three contrasting patio areas embracing different themes; one has a family size table with chairs, flower tubs and a pergola; the second is a circular design with bench to match; and the third area is adjacent to the conservatory / garden room, which boasts a chiminea for a warming ambience.

We have free off-road parking for your vehicle. Please enquire about our secure parking for bicycles and motorcycles.
There are three luxury bedrooms to choose from, all with their own unique features.
All of our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen colour TV with Freeview /DVD & digital radio..
The beds feature luxurious memory foam mattresses and high quality linen.
The free Wifi network covers the bedrooms as well as the public areas.

We source all our produce from local suppliers and our eggs are from free range hens.

With a little notice, we can also provide a hearty home made packed lunch or home baking and tea and coffee in the conservatory.
Whilst we cannot provide evening meals, there are lots of local pubs and restaurants to choose from and we can direct you to our favourites.

Please telephone or email us with your enquiries or to make a reservation. We don't have online booking so we can be more flexible for our guest's requirements. Once we confirm availability, we will ask you to complete a booking form, upon receipt of which we will confirm your booking and arrival details. Payment in full will be requested on completion of your stay.

How to find us ...
Church Minshull is easy to get to from the M6 motorway, just 10 minutes from Middlewich and Nantwich on the B5074. From M6 Junction 18 follow signs for Nantwich and then for Church Minshull.

As Church Minshull is a historic village, not all places have street names. We're actually located just up from the pin on Google maps and most Satnavs on the B5074. The pin marks a Farm, please see our printed directions for full details before setting off! Google maps has a business pin at our actual location on the B5704 - go a little north on the map and we're on the right hand side.
