Keigwin House is a friendly, family-run quality guesthouse situated on treelined Alexandra Road in Penzance. Keigwin is one of a row of Victorian houses built in the 1850s, now modernised for your comfort whilst retaining many original features.
Keigwin House is a friendly, relaxed place to stay whilst enjoying the delights that Penzance has to offer.

We are also ideally placed for you to venture further afield, whether by car, bus or train, and explore the stunning scenery and attractions that West Cornwall has to offer.

There is free onroad parking outside Keigwin House. A bus stop at the bottom of Alexandra Road will help you catch a bus to Porthcurno (the Minack Theatre) and Land’s End. Penzance town centre, Penlee Park, Penzance promenade and train and bus stations are all within easy walking distance.

There is a choice of tastefully furnished family, double, twin and single rooms. All rooms are en suite with the exception of both the single rooms and one twin room which all have a vanity basin but share a bathroom. Bathrobes are provided in the standard rooms.

Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. All rooms have Freeview digital televisions, hairdryer, hot drink making facilities and free Wi-Fi.

Whilst Keigwin’s accommodation is set over three floors, we do have two en suite rooms and the dining room on the same level as the front door for guests who may have difficulty with too many stairs.

We also recycle wherever we can including paper, cardboard, tins, glass and plastic bottles.

You are, of course, welcome to come and go as you please for the duration of your stay.
