Bay Tree House occupies a prime location in the unspoilt seaside town of Seaton. Enjoying splendid views of Lyme Bay on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, it is ideally placed for a relaxing holiday or exploring the surrounding areas of East Devon.

We are delighted to be ranked TripAdvisor's Number 1 B&B in Seaton and Beer, and 6th out of 1,489 B&B's in Devon.

Peacefully situated overlooking the local Bowling Green and Jubilee clock tower, yet only 200 metres from the beach and a short stroll into town. The property is a three storey Victorian building retaining many charming period features, but with the modern facilities guests expect from B&B holiday accommodation such as Tea and Coffee making facilities, together with a LED flat screen 'Freeview' TV with portable DVD player, free WiFi to name but a few.

We pride ourselves on a warm welcome, good breakfast and comfortable beds and do everything we can to ensure our guests are able to relax and enjoy their stay in this lovely part of East Devon to the full.

We have FREE, easy access, private off road parking for three vehicles at the rear of the house. There is also free public parking opposite and a reasonably priced public car park a short stroll away. We have a secure area for bikes – just let us know in advance.

We are reopening in early March 2017 after some major maintenance and refurbishment to Bay Tree House since the beginning of the year.
