Broadshade is a collection of thirteen self catering holiday and winter let apartments located in the peaceful and popular Roundham area close to both Paignton Sands and Goodrington Sands beaches and just five minutes walk from the town centre, harbour and bus/railway stations.
The apartments are of varying sizes suitable for individuals, couples and families and cater for almost every need. Each of the apartments is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen and shower/w.c. facilities and there are on site washing and drying facilities as well as a large private garden and a large car park for guests to use. We are also pet friendly and provide a free WiFi network.
Broadshade is ideally located to explore and enjoy the English Riviera, Dartmoor and South Devon and the area's warm and mild microclimate make it an attractive place to visit at any time of the year whether it be for a short break or something longer.
