Farmhouse ensuite accommodation situated off the A3052, 5 minutes from the Jurassic Coastline of Seaton, Beer and Branscombe with Sidmouth and Lyme Regis a 15 minute drive. Easily accessible from Exeter Airport and both railway stations of Honiton and Exeter being only a 15 minute drive. The cathedral city of Exeter is 20 miles away so handy for Exeter Chiefs, The University of Exeter and Met Office.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. Both rooms have a kingsize and single bed with one having the potential for an extra single bed for families. Fully equipped with tea/coffee facilities, TV, radio, hairdrier, CH, towels and toiletries both rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hearty farmhouse breakfasts are served in the dining room on separate tables using much home and local produce, freshly cooked on the Aga. There is also a full continental range.

There is a comfortable Guest lounge with Woodburner and TV and for the better weather large gardens with seating.
