During the winter months Sidmouth is great for a break from the hustle & bustle of life, there are many lovely restaurants on the seafront for eating out. The promenade is quiet, enjoy a stroll with fresh sea air to recharge your batteries!

The Sitting Room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. Foot stool, coffee tables, Sony Bravia TV, DVD player/recorder, Bose Radio/CD player.

Bedroom 1- double, dual aspect sash windows, fitted wardrobe cupboard, bedside units & lamps. Ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, wc and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2 -2 single beds dual aspect sash windows, fitted wardrobe cupboard, bedside unit & lamp, TV.
Ensuite bathroom with full size bath with shower over, wc and wash hand basin.

Access to the pretty walled courtyard garden with table, chairs and parasol.
