The Park View is a family run guest house B&B, offering quality accommodation, set in a Grade II listed Georgian Townhouse, within walking distance of Exeter city centre with its Cathedral and excellent shopping centres.

Noted for its peace and quiet, overlooking Bury Meadow Park, it's also within easy walking distance of Exeter University and Northcott Theatre, is close to bus and rail stations and is an ideal base for any Exeter Chiefs rugby matches.

There is free Wi-Fi available, all rooms have television and tea/coffee making facilities.
We also have some free off-street parking for guests staying at our B&B.
