An Edwardian guest house, conveniently located on Eastbourne's sea front opposite the bowling green, just 15 minutes walk from the pier and town centre. We are ideally situated to enjoy all that Eastbourne has to offer. Many of our rooms have a sea view as does the conservatory style lounge/bar and dining room, where you can enjoy the morning sun while having a delicious breakfast of your choice.
We have 15 bedrooms over 3 floors each with its own individual style. Most of our rooms now have recently refurbished modern shower rooms.
Breakfast is served in our sunny dining room on the ground floor where you can help your self to cereal, fresh fruit salad, yogurt and juices then enjoy a "cooked to order" hot breakfast choosing items from our menu - don't forget to look for the Specials Board.
We have some parking at the rear of the property, spaces can be reserved for a small charge or free if you make your reservation direct with us.
