Small, homely, 14 room Independantly run hotel.....in easy walking distance to the seafront.....immediately opposite the Congress Theatre and Winter Gardens..... and just across the road from the world famous Devonshire Park Tennis Centre, home to the Aergon Championships that preceed the Championshops at Wimbledon and the venue for many other grasscourt championships at County Level throughtout the summer..

It is about 10 mins walk to the train station and the town centre.
