The Newlands Hotel is a friendly, family run, Blackpool B&B with 8 guest rooms available (6 of which are fully en-suite). The Guest House accommodation has won numerous awards for it's high standards of comfort and cleanliness.

All our rooms are tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable and include fresh linen and towels, complimentary soaps, TV and tea/coffee making facilities and free wifi connection. A Home-cooked 'full English' breakfast is included and a delicious 4-course evening meal or bar menu is also available.
