Camping & Caravaning Club Camp Site

The Village Church Farm is Lincolnshire's open air museum. The four acre site is home to Skegness' oldest house. A furnished grade II listed period farmhouse, which was built during the early 18th century, is situated amongst a variety of period buildings, some of which include a 'mud and stud' thatched cottage, Victorian School room, WW1 Exhibition, cow byre, and scenic grounds.

The Village Church Farm is not only an accredited museum but also listed as a registered charity. The buildings, machinery, grounds and facilities are cared for by enthusiastic volunteers who will be delighted to tell you about the buildings and machinery. Boothby Barn is home to a rare Richard Hornsby Traction engine called 'Bob' who can be seen actively in steam during event days. The grounds are also home to a small group of rare Lincolnshire Buff chickens.

The museum, tea room, shop and grounds are open throughout the year. We have an active events schedule which is suitable for all ages and interests. Venue hire is also available in the Function Room which can accommodate numbers of up to 70. Wedding Receptions also catered for. Parking is free. Entry is by donation (except for ticketed event days).

The Village Church Farm is a member of the Caravan and Camping Club for those who are members and would like to stay a little longer.
