Acorn Farm is open 7 days a week from 10.00am-4.00pm. We have lots of friendly animals to feed, including cows, sheep, rams, goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs. We also have a meerkat enclosure and lots of pigs. Youngsters can enjoy playing in our two children's play areas which also have plenty of surrounding seating for adults looking for a welcome rest. We run small animal petting sessions and horse rides during the weekends and school holidays (additional charges apply) and throughout the year we run special events such as Farmer Days, Treasure Hunts, Halloween and Santa's Grotto.

We have a small café (with indoor and outdoor seating) selling a delicious selection of good quality home made 'specials' as well as a set standard menu. We have a plant sales centre selling a wide variety of plants and seasonal vegetables and our shop sells a good range of affordable souvenirs as well as home produced free range eggs, pork, lamb and beef. You really must try our home made ice cream, there are so many flavours to chose from you will find it hard to make a choice.
