We are a family run guest house with a passion to please, offering a variety of tastefully decorated rooms in this Victorian 4 star accommodation situated a hop skip and jump away from the scenic Promenade overlooking Marine Lake or the picturesque Lord Street shopping boulevard.
Offering 7 letting rooms with either en- suite or own private bathroom spread across the upper two floors of the house – and each has been designed to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Special occasions may require a little something extra in your room on arrival or during you stay and we will be happy to arrange any wishes within our capabilities to ensure your celebration is a memorable one.
Each room is equipped with an alarm clock, hairdryer, freeview TV and hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities, there is also free Wi-fi for guests’ convenience.
The rooms are thermostatically controlled and can be manually adjusted to suit personal preference.
We are happy to provide ironing facilities on request.
