Pear Tree Cottage offers luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation in the village of East Barsham which is centrally located to be within easy reach of the whole of the North Norfolk Heritage Coast from Hunstanton to Cromer.

The property is a stunning brick and flint cottage and barn with an oak framed coach house annex. The accommodation is in the loft of the coach house and comprises of a large bedroom-sitting room. The bedroom has a king size bed with side tables and lamps. The sitting area has a large settee, also with side tables, and plenty of storage space. There is a bathroom with a shower, basin and W.C. The Wi-Fi is unlimited and free and there is Sky TV with movies and sports. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and there is a small fridge for your drinks. The loft is warm in winter and well ventilated in summer.

Breakfast ingredients are sourced locally with the option our own bantam eggs when the hens are laying. This is served in the dining area of the main barn. This has original brick, flint and chalk walls with 5m high windows and a 7.5m oak beamed ceiling . In summer there is the option of eating outside on the patio in the morning sun.

You will have your own key to the loft so you can come and go as you wish. Our guests also have the use of the patio in the walled garden. If you are on a cycling trip there is secure storage for your bikes and if you are in Norfolk for the sailing there is loads of room for your boat trailer.

There are open views across the countryside where you can see wildlife including barn owls, kites, buzzards and hares. In summer the walled garden is a haven for butterflies and birds. As there is no light pollution here you will be amazed at the stunning starry skies.
