Welcome to Studfold. Situated in Upper Nidderdale, an area of outstanding natural beauty, a quiet Yorkshire Dale that is best described as a ‘hidden gem’! It is the perfect setting for family days out in North Yorkshire, offering fun, fresh air and adventure.
A visit to Studfold is a magical experience where you can explore the ‘Great Outdoors’ and discover hidden secrets!  
The trail has been designed for pre-school and primary school-aged children and their parents and even their parent’s parents! . It encourages children to be aware of their natural surroundings in an innovative and exciting way, that will fascinate, challenge and delight... find clues, secret boxes, swap treasure and discover so many fantastic countryside experiences along the way.
Studfold's award-winning Adventure Trail allows children to explore, discover and learn about the incredible world of nature by enjoying a childhood adventure. 
Themed events include The Great Studfold Easter Egg Hunt, Big hunting, Studfold's Summer Fairy Adventure. You can also camp, caravan and glamp. Cafe on site. New fairy houses and story in our magical Wood!
