A beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom Victorian apartment over two floors, situated in a very quiet, prime, central location with enjoyable views over the South of St Andrews. It sleeps up to 7 people (1 Superking, 1 Single and 2 Double bedrooms). Lounge has seating for 7 and Dining for up to 12 people. There is a large, private garden with BBQ and private putting green (from mid-2017). There is on-street (no restrictions) and private parking for1 car.
The location is great, close to the University, the Cathedral, the Castle, the Old Course and other golf courses. Within walking distance of two lovely beaches and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. We are pet-friendly (lower floor only), have Wi-Fi, hairdryers, and towels are included in the price. We also include a few breakfast items to get you started as well as plenty tea and coffee.
