Ideally located on George Square, the Piper whisky bar is a great choice of bar for tourists and locals alike. We offer a wide range of food and drinks, live entertainment and a function suite which is available to hire.
We have a range of drinks to suit everyone. With a malt from every distillery in Scotland we have over 120 different ones for you to try. Not to mention our blends from Scotland, Japan and Sweden. Join us for a dram and our knowledgable staff will be happy to help you choose something that suits you. Locally produced draught beers and bottles beers are also available and a selection of Scottish gin for any gin lovers out there. Theres something for everyone at the Piper.
In the main bar area you'll find live entertainment on every day. The perfect place for fun and dancing on a Saturday to chilling out on a Sunday. Our food menu is available all week from 11am till 9pm. We have a traditional menu with home cooked favourites. For those who want to try some local (Scottish favourites) food, there is a Scottish tapas menu available which goes down well with a wee dram.
If you're planning an event we have an upstairs function suite with a fabulous view of George Square, this is available for Christenings, Weddings, Birthdays and much much more.
