Let us welcome you to Driftwood on the magical Isle of Skye. Ideally situated on the outskirts of Broadford village at the south of the island, Driftwood provides a great base for exploring the whole of Skye and the mainland close by. The bed and breakfast is just a few minutes walk from the shores of Broadford Bay which is one of the best spots on the island for seeing wading birds, otters and even occasional dolphins.
Driftwood can accommodate a maximum of six guests in two rooms. The Driftwood Room is on the ground floor (street level) and has a king-sized double bed and full en-suite bathroom. The Driftwood Suite is in the first floor (upstairs) and has two bedrooms (one with a standard double bed; the other with two single beds) together with a shower room and private lounge area. All bedrooms have sea or countryside views; TV and DVD player; tea coffee making facilities; refrigerator; ironing facility and hairdryer. Free WiFi. A laundry service for guests staying two or more nights is available for a small extra charge.
There is a garden for guest use and ample parking. Secure dry storage for bicycles and motorbikes. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away.
Breakfast is a continental buffet with something to suit all tastes. A full menu can be found on our website. There is a good pub a short walk away for evening meals and more restaurants in Broadford village.
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate babies, infants or children under 10 years of age and we do not take pets. The house is non-smoking throughout.
