Kellas Estate is situated on 2,500 acres in the North East of Scotland in between Elgin and Forres and near the Highlands. Originally the Moray region has a dry and soft climate, for which it has earned the name of ‘Scottish Riviera’. Seasonally changing flora and fauna offering beautiful panoramas make Kellas Estate a true paradise. Moreover this area has the least rain of all of Scotland.
On a carefully selected location on Kellas Estate you will find Kellas House which was built in 1916. The house is said to be one of the most beautiful ‘arts and crafts’ houses in Scotland, a perfect example of architectural craftsmanship. Kellas House offers opportunities for groups from 4 to 17 persons. The attractive reception room with a fire place, conservatory and large dining room invite to relax and enjoy. The dining room can also be used for meetings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all comfort. There are eight twin bedrooms and one single bedroom, all en suite with either shower or bad and toilet.
There is also the option to rent the nearby located Kellas Lodge. On this site you will find separate information with a detailed description and photos. The Lodge offers two twin bedrooms.
If you wish to experience Kellas House as a hotel we can offer catering and housekeeping. Our team is fully to your disposal.
