Situated in beautiful countryside overlooking Loch Marlee previously known as Loch Drumellie) (we are surrounded by strawberry and raspberry fields) Ridgeway provides a twin bedded room decorated to an extremely high standard and with an en suite shower room. The bedroom is fully equipped with two comfortable single beds, tea and coffee making facilities, radio, freeview television, hair dryer and access to wi-fi internet. The room is large enough to take a travel cot and camp bed if required (although the chairs would have to be removed).

The property has an access ramp which helps those in wheelchairs or with problems with steps. The property is a bungalow - so no stairs indoors - and the corridor is wide and can cope with wheelchairs. If needed, a raised seat for the toilet and a chair for the shower can be provided and one bed can be raised. There are also grab bars in the shower room.

We have a very large secluded car park (the oil tanker visits with no problem) with enough space for at least eight cars. Secure storage of bicycles is available in the garage. Motor cyclists also welcome. Singles welcome.

We have two resident cats so are unable to allow further animals indoors.

This friendly accommodation is conveniently located approximately three miles from Blairgowrie - an ideal centre for touring, fishing, walking and golf. Uninterrupted views of the Grampian mountains and the Sidlaws can be enjoyed from the secluded garden.

The garden has a large variety of shrubs and flowers and is at its best during May/June.

Visitors can roam the garden or, if preferred, can sit at the tables and chairs outside. No smoking is allowed inside the bungalow.
