Four converted stone barns offering quality self catering accommodation on a working farm just 3 miles from the South Wales coast and one hour from the Brecon Beacons. Conveniently located just a few minutes from the M4 midway between Cardiff and Swansea.

Our 4* and 3* graded, open plan cottages vary in size and can accommodate from 2 to 8 visitors. Sympathetically converted with whitewashed walls, flagstone floors, wood burning stoves and exposed beams our cottages are very well equipped and provide all modern comforts including free wi fi. We can provide cots, high chairs and stair gates all free of charge. Bed linen and towels are all provided. Enjoy milk and butter from our own dairy during your stay.

Ideal for holidays, short breaks, family and friend get togethers or for enjoying the very many activities and places of interest that this part of Wales has to offer. Within a short drive you can enjoy golf courses, cycling, pony trekking on the beach, the Glamorgan Heritage Coast for beautiful walks, fishing, surfing etc, several castles, the seaside town of Porthcawl with its harbour and sandy beaches,The National Museum of Welsh Life, country parks, Kenfig Nature Reserve, The Botanical Gardens of Wales, Cardiff Bay, Heritage parks and picturesque villages. Plenty of country pubs offer good food.

THE COACH HOUSE is our largest cottage with 4 spacious bedrooms ( 2 double and 2 twin) all en suite + sofa bed. Situated within its own grounds with patio and large barbecue area this cottage is very well equipped and has ample parking space. The downstairs double bedroom has an en suite wet room with grab rails suitable for visitors with mobility difficulties.

THE GRANARY is the oldest building on our farm and has lots of character, comfort and charm. The Granary has 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. An old stone stairs also leads to a seating area with sofa bed and gallery. This well equipped cottage is ideal for 6 visitors but can accommodate 8.

IVY COTTAGE is smaller in scale but can accommodate 5 visitors - ideally 2 adults and 3 children. It has one double bedroom one twin bedroom and a mezzanine/gallery partially overlooking the twin room below. The mezzanine is reached by a steep alternate tread stairs. This cottage is also well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay.

SWALLOW COTTAGE is our smallest but is well equipped and can accommodate up to 4 visitors. It has a double bedroom downstairs and a steep alternate tread stairs leading directly into an attic bedroom with single + pull-out bed. The compact bathroom is downstairs. Two stone steps lead into the open plan living, kitchen dining area.

We hope that we can welcome you to our farm cottages. Visitors are welcome to have a tour of the farm, watch the milking and help feed the baby calves. The ancient farm woodland is also ideal for walks. We regret that pets are not permitted although guide dogs are welcome. Group bookings are also welcome if you wish to accommodate larger numbers.
